I recently re-read The Game by Neil Strauss, a book that was applauded by both the seduction community and the common man as a celebration of the pickup artist lifestyle with an invitation for every chump to join. In it, style, the protagonist, describes his process from chump to world’s greatest seducer. Through out the story he lays reference to several books he read. This is a list of those books. Left out were references to common literature he uses to support himself as a character. Continue reading ‘Neil Strauss’ The Game Book Citations’

First dates are a chance to explore each others personalities. Simply picking up the girl, taking her to dinner, forcing awkward conversation, and dropping her off would require a small miracle for deep intimacy to develop. No wonder some girls have the rule of not sleeping with a guy for a month plus. After three dinner and a movie dates, you hardly know more than a few scripted stories about each other. Getting a phone number is easy. It’s so easy, there shouldn’t even be advice on how to get them. While it did speak heavily about body language, something difficult to convey in an audio cd, there was still a good chunk of material. Learning to drink is an evolutionary process. When I had my first sip, the taste was awful. However I kept drinking. Then, after only a few drinks, I started feeling the effects. Everything was funny, I was exaggerated, and generally overtaken. I resigned complete control over my body. Continue reading ‘Drinking and Attraction’
